Dr. Paul Glowacki, PT, DPT | Owner & Physical Therapist

A proud Duluth native, Dr. Paul is a licensed physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist. Dr. Paul received his physical therapy education at the University of Minnesota where he graduated with summa cum laude honors and was the recipient of a fellowship for his academic merit and contributions to the physical therapy profession.

Professionally, Dr. Paul pursued extensive post-graduate training in advanced techniques such as spinal manipulation and dry needling. He specializes in the treatment of sport and orthopedic conditions in addition to performance training where he has successfully worked with a diverse range of individuals from weekend warriors to professional athletes.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Paul has served as a clinical instructor and academic tutor for the University of Minnesota’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program. In his free time, he enjoys taking his dog, Bodie, to Park Point, paddle boarding on Lake Superior, and hiking up the North Shore.

Mackenzie Stenstrom | Massage Therapist

Born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota, Mackenzie graduated from Lake Superior College's Massage Therapy program in 2018. Her passion for massage began at a young age while helping her dad manage chronic back and foot pain, eventually leading her to pursue it as a career.

She combines therapeutic treatment with relaxation, tailoring every session to each client's needs. Mackenzie specializes in deep tissue massage, sports massage, cupping, gua sha, post-surgical lymphatic massage, orthopedic massage for the low back and hips, and prenatal massage. Her goal is to help every client leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Outside the clinic, Mackenzie enjoys hiking, strength training, and continuing to expand her knowledge through ongoing education so she can provide the best care possible.

Bodie | Barketing Manager

As Barketing Manager, Bodie leads daily “walk meetings,” manages outdoor strategy sessions, and has a profound background in functional movement pawformance. His evidence-based approach focuses on daily movement, consistent snacking, and frequent napping to maximize recovery.
